Vic: Three-year-old seriously injured in farm accident
A three-year-old boy's been airlifted to Melbourne's Royal Children's Hospital withsevere head injuries following a farm accident in central Victoria.
Rural Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman JOANNE HILL says the boy was knocked unconsciousand sustained serious head injuries when a metal handle from a wheat silo fell on hishead at his family's farm in St Arnaud.
Ms HILL says the boy was flown from the property at Darcy's Bridge Road, St Arnaudto Melbourne's Royal Children's Hospital and was admitted just before midday.
Comment on the boy's condition is being sought from the hospital.
